Very great place to stay and relax

We had a great time. It was so clean and roomy! The ghost tour was so fun! Only downside was coffee shop and manor being closed. So many fun things to do with the kids. Wish we would have booked longer!

Wish we had more time on the property! From pools, miniature golf, volleyball and basketball to just walking, so much to do to enjoy family time. We had a three bedroom for 5 and could have brought an extra friend with us. Close to Busch Gardens and historical downtown. Close to grocery stores. No presentation for timeshare, property had a ghost tour that you could pay for and was fun as they let you use the ghost equipment. Great communication. Alt of the townhomes are under renovation, ours was new with modern furniture over the photos at booking. Kitchen had everything you needed. I would say pack or bring larger garbage bags, just kitchen size. Otherwise it had paper towels, dish soap and a sponge.

I stayed here with my husband, two children, and my elderly father. This was the perfect accommodation for us. My father who is not great using stairs was able to sleep in the first floor bedroom, my husband and I took the second floor and the kids loved having their own two beds on the third floor. We explored Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown during the day and the kids enjoyed the playground and indoor pool after dinner. We had great communication with the host and check in was easy.
